The Leukaemia Foundation is currently developing a range of programs to assist young Australians throughout the cancer journey and into survivorship. These programs will include education and support seminars, face to face activities and peer support training programs. Additionally, this website will assist in establishing a network of young people throughout Australia, and from this, the Leukaemia Foundation will identify and train young people in their role as patient advocates and ambassadors. Raising awareness will ensure that young people’s unique needs are no longer ignored.
