CML Book of FAQ (Development Stage)

Hi to you all

The LF is developing a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ document that they can add to the CML booklet?

A new CML book is being developed _base_d on Questions that a CMLer would want to have knowledge.

This book is for you as a resource for CML patients.

The LF have asked myself and others what their questions would be to help develop the book.

So I am asking you.

What did you wish to know at time of being diagnosed with CML and could not find out?

What is the most important question that you want answered?

Depending where are you in your treatment, the type of drugs taken etc - I would suggest you would perhaps have a different lot of questions that you would like to be responded to and have further discussion or research.

So what are those questions that you have not asked or have asked and not been given a response that you can understand easily.

Any information provided would have to be approved by the LF National Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee, but would be left as close to the original document as possible.

Anthony has also advised that he has recently had confirmation that the LF will be developing a CML-specific newsletter next year.

Would you all put on your thinking caps and ask your questions.

Lets all support the next CML person that has been diagnosed or for the long term CML Clients another resource that can be used as a discussion tool with their specialists.
