hi All,

My partner has just been asked to be part of a randomized study of Nilotinib v's Imatinib, i have been reading all of the side effects and complications and there seems to be quite a few and some very serious ones. I was just wondering if there is anyone alse on her who has tried this drug and if there was any side effects for yourself.
He is trialing this drug as it is hoping to get him into complete molecular response which he has not been able to achieve on Glivec as his results have stayed the same for the previous 18mths on Glivec

Any info would be much appreciaited.
